Mediah quest "Until We Meet Again" - Can't Accept

I can't accept the last Mediah quest "Until We Meet Again". It tells me to talk to the black spirit or Sarma Anin. When I click on Nagivate the black spirit is summoned and I have no options to talk to him. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this bugged?

I am guessing you are playing a Seasonal Character since you have mentioned the Naru to Tuvala.
Did you jump into the Simplified Questline?
If simplified questline, (Exchanging Naru to Tuvala) just make all of your Naru PEN and you can exchange it with Fughar via individual quests for each piece.
The simplified questline has a lot of dead ends like you have run into, but if you right click those triple book icons in your inventory. Main Quest and Chatting with the Black Spirit. Talking with Fughar. Taking quests from Fughar. Reaching certain levels. You will get through it all.
NOTE: Don't do the Time Piece quest from Fughar until it is fixed.

You don't NEED to finish this questline to do the one required to exchange gear, if that's what you were worried about.

You need to do the Mediah Questline. It starts at [Seal of the Black Sun] and ends at [Apocalyptic Prophecy]. Once you are finished Apocalyptic Prophecy, you can head to Fughar and exchange your Naru gear. Make sure the PEN Naru gear is in your inventory.

That's NOT what was asked. He's not worried about the Timepiece. You don't NEED to have that quest done in order to obtain the Timepiece either.

If they did the Simplified Questline, "Until We Meet Again" would be autocompleted in the bunch.

It was bugged for me on my Corsair (original season character), I submitted a ticket and skipped it and did the rest of the quests up until Valencia. Used the Fughar's Timepiece, rerolled a Guardian, and did Simplified Questline. Brought me right back to Valencia quests, as expected, since Simplified completes everything until the end of Mediah.
