eye of desolation?

Hello,

Doin questline for blackstar weapons. Did everything till the part when u need to acviate eye of desolation. I press the brazier and nothing happens. Anyone got same problem or maybe found some workarounds? Please share, im kinda stuck now..

Once you press that head down into the valley and you should see the priest there before the boss comes out and kills it, if not it probably means you are in a party and need to leave the party regrab the quest and try again.
