Display only a player's character name?

I've been looking through Reddit and my settings to find a way to only display a character's name (hiding both the family name and guild name), but I haven't found any way to do so...
Would any one of you know if it's possible to do it, and if so how?

I have same issue, i cant find option to hide guild icon or guild name. It either show everything or hide everything
