Noob Help Needed!!

Hi guys, back to playing BDO since it first launched and I cannot place my first fence without getting a message saying, 'the condition for this item has not been met' Does anyone have any ideas? I've tried placing outside safe zones, giving the fence back, googling etc to no avail. Plssss help :)

Fence,for farming. You need level area, flat.
Anything that is not a "level area" having some slope to it, or being in a safe zone. will give you conditions not met".
Check for a *combat zone* when you walk around and look for a flat area.

my fence tell its master 1 req. for place. so where to get a lower lvl fences ?

You want the strong fences, you can get them Flaviano in Heidel or Geranoa in Calpheon.
