Store and Inventory Issues and others

Is anyone else suffering from a fault where the original number of slots you had is now less than before? Because I am and I have BDO emailed support about it and now I am simply waiting to hear back from them.

Just want to know is anyone else suffering the same issue with less slots than you had before?

Did you use a Value Pack before ? Because a Value Pack give 16 slots (inventory and storage), but when the Value Pack end, the slots are gone (But not your items).

Nope, did not get a value Pack bought Pears with Kaokoa currency, and the slots that have gone I already had before spending actual money. My lowest char is 14 highest 44 and I have enough Storage space in Velia to allow for those now missing slots. Yet it would seem the slots I worked hard for in both Personal Inventory and Storage has gone where the + sign should be after my last item in my storage should be is no longer there, I even purchased extra storage space which has now vanished.

This is why I put a Ticket in via Email.

If i remember correctly, they give a free Value Pack already in use for new player.

How many slots disappeared ?
Or did you "sell" housse that you where using for storage ?

Nope sold no houses and my main char worked for the 16 slots rewards from the Black spirit quests. This is how I know there is an issue there.

That Value Pack has an unlimited Salon option, yes?

If so then yes I got one, but still my main char earned some Inventory slots from the Black Spirit while the Packs was active.

Suddenly I am thinking I never had as many Inventory slots as I thought I had on any of my characters :( *sad face*

Yes, the value pack have unlimited Salon usage, for your inventory, i don't know, normally, the pack give 16 slots, and when it end you lose those slots

I had a limited Salon time for unlimited makeovers, I checked after and found that I was given it for about a weeks period, so the only misty part is my main chars personal Inventory.
