How to claim dlc

How do i claim dlc, i bought it but i see no redeem button like it says in the guide

1. On the Steam client, go to Steam -> Settings

2. Click the In-Game tab

3. Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked

4. Go to your Library

5. Right-click on Black Desert Online

6. Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked



After that, you will be able to claim your Game Package goodies by opening the in-game ESC menu and pressing the "Redeem" button.

Actually, go to ESC > Community > Redeem, then the Steam overlay will open an inside browser where you will be able to click on USE to receive your item/package/dlc at the same time in-game.

I try it and it chenged to used but still not added in game!

After you have selected use on the dlc items, esc the steam overlay then click the little envelope in the bottom right of the screen and receive your items from the in game mail :)
