Secondly, have you allowed the game through your Antivirus and Firewall? And running it with Administrator privileges?
Lastly, try disabling auto proxy detection settings in Windows:
Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings
Make certain that “Automatically detect settings” is unchecked and leave EVERYTHING blank.
It's not my computer that's causing the problem, that's for sure. The Coherent UI only stops working when I go into the guild window.
I had this game for nearly 4 months now, and this only happened after the game update. I'm certain this is something on their end.
REALLY annoying, as I´m totally not a fan of this overcomplicated mess of a creation tool.
They should´ve copied the EVE Online one.
Please note both the 32-bit and 64-bit files are for their respective systems ONLY. So if you're on 64-bit, download and install only the 64-bit files from each yearly Redistributables.

Type 'Advanced System Settings' into Windows Search and click on the search result to open up a settings menu.
On the Advanced tab > Performance > Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory > Change > uncheck 'Automatically manage page file size for all drives' > Custom Size
Once you're done click on 'SET' and OK.
To change it to a drive other than on your system OS drive, just choose your drive from the list and do the same as outlined above. If it's a larger drive than your system drive, set it to 'System managed size' instead of Custom size.
Normally these are best left for Windows to automatically manage, but sometimes it can be beneficial to change to a larger drive, where Windows wouldn't under normal cisrcumstances automatically change it to -- thus having a larger pool of Virtual Memory for the system to work with.
I´m supposed to brutalize my perfectly working system just because CowCow effed up yet another patch?
I don´t think so.
I'm here to help, and these fixes have resolved the issue for me in the past. You're NOT hurting your PC in any way whatsoever by installing the Redistributable files - in fact, it's quite the opposite.
Thanks for the advice. I like this game a lot, but not enough to go as far as doing actions I'm unfamiliar with to my computer without actually understanding what it does.
I'll wait for Kakao to send out a fix.
