Bartering Help

So i recently started bartering of off YT knowledge but im coming on an error. I've searched for online guides and nothing to be found. My dilemma is.. how do i sell my bartered items to Wharf Managers..step by step. I cannot put the item in my inventory at its 1,000LT and sell that way. and no 'Manage Ship' option is available either. I dock at Velia.
Oh also, i wonder how can i possibly open a 'Lost Low Quality Trade Goods'? my inventory has a limit.. i cannot open it. Much Thanks!

Talk to dock manager, move all items into storage.
Talk to Storage Manager and sell items to him 1 at a time.
