How to equip horse pearl items?

Bought horse armor off of pearl shop, right clicked in pearl inventory. But it did not show in my inventory. My horse has stirrups and every armor equipped, but can't figure out where my horse costumes went.

Last time I bought something, I bought Kakao cash or whatever the game company money is (the yellow coins). Then I had to hit 'refresh' on those coins (yellow) in the bottom left of the pearl shop, which I then used to buy pearls. Then I had to go to the pearl inventory on my character and open that box. Then I returned to the shop and made my purchase. And I had the item in my pearl inventory immediately after.
