is it just the extra damage from special attacks
or can it also dodge the stun/knockdown/float effects of special attacks
how good is this ?
found a 10% so not thinking its amazing but if it can prevent stuns i would love it

You mean the 'resistances'? It is basically a RNG thing, a higher resistance means a higher chance that the attack is resisted. You can have 70% stun resistance, meaning a 70% chance with every stun attack that it will be resisted.

those crystals only evade down attacks back attacks a=air attacks and crits. only use this when you have a garmoth heart

so it is a full dodge of those attacks
including status effects those attacks might apply

also, what does the heart do?

it dodges the effect and damage. Heart adds 10% special evasion
