valid authentication time has expired

Has anyone else recieved this error? I've recently bought the game and have not been able to play it at all. From what I read online that it might be the servers but some people said to delete the cache and they're other reasons that cause this. Is it me or the servers? I do not know

Give it some time. Today there was a big patch. Steam generally gets hit hard when this happens with BDO. You can go to their website and check their forums for more info.

On a side note: did you guys created the account when the game asked you? Now, you need an account with the main website for registration purposes. However, only when the game asked you. You do not have to go to the actual website to do so.
