Stuck in the tutorial!

i'm new to the game. i created a new character played a little bit. logged out and the game started a tutorial. when itb tells me "Is that a supply box? ... etc." i go to the marked place and nothing happens. i tried going to the inventory and tried some movements, also logged out and in but nothing is working. BTW this is at the very beginning of the game and my character leel is 1.

Please help if you know guys.

If you go to the marked place, is there a "thing" highlighted when you are close to and facing it? Can you see a message floating onscreen saying amongst possibly other things, to press R?
Might be worth noting at this stage that at some times, the thing you need to interact with isn't exactly where the vertical beam indicates and you need to look and move around a bit until you see the message to press R.

Unfortunately it does not say to press any button and nothing is highlighted except the way point, i even tried to press R at multiple places near the marked place also going to the inventory but nothing happens at all. i tried to look up how to skip tutorial but looks like you can't unless you did it with previous high level character which i don't have. any other ideas?

Did you solve the problem? I'm having the same problem. I submitted a ticket last week but no reply. I've looked everywhere online and I only find others having the problem.

I did submit a ticket but they could not figure it out. But here is what worked for me:
All you have to do is go to any place that isn't a safe zone. And then change the server or disconnect then connect to the game so you will respone outside a safe zone. If you respone in safe zone black spirit will start the tutorial and you dont want that. After responing just keep doing the main quests. At a certain level you wont get any tutorials anymore.

Yeah, i had this problem with older created characters. they changed how the game starts and the quests with it. It used to be the black spirit had you run around like you have never moved using WASD system in olvia, but it seemed insulting around 2019 so they changed it up so you got right into quests and the story which is better imo near western guard camp. Like the guy said do the main quests and the tutorial will dissapear around level 10-14 or so. If that box is the box that tells you to grab potions it was closed because people actually abused it sinse it gave unlimited potions so they closed it down a while ago.

It finally vanished today. I was so fed up I decided to ignore it and continue with the main quest listed on the right. The pop-up tutorial seemed to advanced a little and get stuck, but after a few re-logins in non-safezones, following your advice, it disappeared by itself without needing to be completed.

Ah, so that's why that Potion stand has no interactions. They closed it but accidentally introduced this bug.
