Steal outfit designs ?
Watched a YT video on how to obtain certain outfit designs. Basically they all stole it from the NPC. Well I tried the same didn't work for me, could only steal some silver ? Is stealing even an option or do you really need to farm 500 amity as the only way to get your desired outfit design?
