Where to grind for rare items?

I know hasrah drops ancient weapon core belt and calpheon shadow knights drop the mark of shadow ring, any other good places? I don't care about time, I just care about getting a good item

If you dont care about time...

Ogres drop the ogre ring worth around 90 millions and somewhat BIS item too.
I think ive read somewhere that the drop rate is around 0.2%

Hex for witch earrings (12mil). You also get stone, relic and heve drops. If you have the AP, pirate island is the place to be for multiple rare drops.
