Just carry anything while on foot?
Have a look.
Trade items that you get as drops, such as coins or amber and such do not count.
I wish you could level strength every time you are carrying an item that has the same effect on your movement, like some quest items (sack of grain, lost lamb, etc).
It feels very artificial to level strength like that (because if you are into trading, you'll be using a mount/wagon as soon as you can).
No if you want strengh you use a pack , but if are looking for more stamina just running around without a pack is the way to go some people afk while they loop a path . same if you want strengh . but is more efficient to just run .
