No, Advice of Valks is an instant failstack item.
It just gives you a failstack, it might help you on upgrading your Liverto from +14 to +15 though, but that's pretty much all it does.

keep them for a DUO / TRI try >_> everything below is easy to grab yourself.
20FS are easy done yourself - you dont lose your PRI if you fail to DUO - but you lose your DUO + when you try anything above it. (drops 1 below)
Simply said -> get 20 FS -> use the Advice -> have 44 FS -> try TRI.
OR use it on jewlery - since upgrading that is ... *stomach aches* not very fun.

pretty sure advice of valks can only be used when you have 0 stacks, so it would be good for +14 to +15 or maybe a DUO attempt

here's the text from the patch that implemented advice of valks

'A new item has been introduced “Advice of Valks”, which can be found in Lauren Family Gift Box. When an “Advice of Valks” item is used it will instantly give the number of failstacks matching the number in the item name.

For Example: when “Advice of Valks(+40) is used, your failstacks will be changed from 0 to 40. “Advice of Valks” can only be used when your failstack is at 0.'
