bugged quest boss scroll

I cannot summon skeleton king for [co-op] stop illezra's plot- main quest
I don't get any msg pop up or error . I rmb the scroll in elric shrine where I always used it on other characters and nothing happens. Ideas? Where to bug report?

I have the same issue and wrote a ticket about it. They say they are aware of the issue. Hopefully wednesdays patch will fix it.
