Open game after minimize to tray

Hi so I was checking out the minimize to tray function but as the idiot that I am I forgot how to restore it again. I can't see anything in the task bar but task manager still shows it as a process so i'm sure its still running.

Some assistance would be much appreciated

It should be an icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen where time is displayed. It would be grouped up with the steam/amd/nvidia icons, might be hidden if you have a lot of icons so try clicking the arrow to expand the icons.
