Red Nose won't spawn?...

So I've hit the quest "Red Nose: Engulfed in Darkness", and the actual boss doesn't seem to spawn after I've used the scroll on the dark portal. I've searched online for potential spawn locations and had no luck...

I fixed it, dw. Turns out starting a new character and playing in a party so someone else triggers the boss works fine. Wasn't a huge hassle to get to that quest again

Make sure if you’re in a team you’re team leader or it won’t spawn him
