Pre-orders in central market

Is it something new or now you can pre-order only 1 item at a time and you have to wait till it's done or you cancel it before you can pre-order another thing?
I haven't been playing for a while, but with current state of market I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way or if something's still wrong with it.

You can pre-order 10 different items. 1 pearl item, I believe counts towards the cap as well.

What about boss equipment? Because that's what I was trying to pre-order. Do they count as "pearl items" as well?

why not 3 preorder? why are the sellers limited? why always this restritrictions? Give us more free space. I like the idea of a preorder market and I think its fair that items people need has higher prizes. But with one preorder the chances are much smaller to get a Pearl Item, than before.

Old thread, new CM (Central Marketplace) you can order as many items as you want. But are only limited to the amount of pearl items you can order, i.e only one.
