question about pvp karma and semi pk'ers

Do people lose karma for attacking but not killing a non flagged player? If so, how much karma do you lose for initiating an attack?
I know you lose a lot of karma for killing a non flagged player but what about just attacking them once or twice but not killing them?
I was minding my own business grinding in an area and this guy tries to chase me out by attacking me but not killing me. He would bring my health down really low then try and get the monster mobs to kill me.
Any suggestions for dealing with people like this?
Also can you lose karma points for accidentally attacking a flagged red name player? I was defending my self and one of his buddies just walked into my attacks.

i think a hit is 25k karma lose and 75k karma lose per kill? i heard it also depend how much karma you got. but idk. he could also used tear scroll to restore karma at sausen while losing from hitting you.

also the guy who walked into your attack, he flagged first. not hit, but flagged himself red. so i dont think you lost karma.

You have to be careful especially with player that has guild protection. They are technically outside of war between guilds.

The person who flags and hits first becomes the instigator and will lose karma if they kill you. If it's ever in the desert (you can't see your minimap or location on the world map), let them kill you because they can be sent to jail if they slaughter you in the desert. Everywhere else, just hit them back, they aren't going to just stop.

If someones butthurt over you for personal matters and a no lifer with 10-100x more expensive gear, just let them kill/karma bomb them. lol

They can afterwards be killed be other no lifers with similar gear or better, without penality and of course, since killing and murder is fun, it will be done.
