And most armors from questing don't actually change the appearance.
I do like how every armor that's green or better seems to be dyeable, since they gave us 15 days of free dyeing, I'm taking hardcore advantage of that.
Depending on which one you get does change appearance. For example, grunil is different from agerian.
There's just not that much of a variety, and like I said almost every class does not have a helmet for these.

There are good-looking craftable outfits too. They can be turned into a costume with a tailoring coupon which can often be bought for 90-100 mil in the marketplace.
All the Shai specific craftable armours are great, and then there are a bunch of nice general ones like Black Leopard, Ahon Kirus, or Delphe Knights. Some of those do include a visual helmet.
