Doubt it. Also, the mobile version is very different than the non-mobile versions.

beast pc have trouble running it and like above poster stated its not the same game
x box struggles to keep 30 fps and looks like ♥♥♥♥

Well i'm not saying it has to be the PC version, who cares if its like the mobile version, its still essentially Black Desert.
