Costume Slots

I was wondering how costume slots work in the game. Are they just for cash shop outfits, or can I put any in-game clothing armour into the costume slot to customize my characters appearance.

I ask because I really dislike being forced to wear an ugly robe for my mage class and I don't want to pay so much money for a nice looking skin from the cash shop. I'd be happy wearing something else from in the game.

Nope the inner costume/appearance slots are for premium outfits only. If you are lucky you can buy a premium outfit on the marketplace.

The marketplace is the best bet. Dump 200+mil on the outfit pack you want and wait for the preorder to fill.

You can technically use an Equipment Tailoring Coupon to turn some of the craftable outfits into proper outfits, but again it's a pearl shop item.

Check the pearl shop sales (like now) many outfits are on discount.
