Did the "remaster" fix the pop-in problems? Any optimization?

Because this has rotted in my library for years because it's completely unplayable with things 10 feet away popping in.

If you play on Ultra, yes it's fixed for the most part.

But if the pop-in bothers you so much, I suggest you go play another game.

It runs really well, they even optimised the non-remastered modes to get a significant FPS boost.

People complaining about pop-in, wouldn't enjoy BDO in the first place as they'll complain and dislike a whole lot of other things about the game, anyway.

pop up does not makes the game unplayable, those pops up applies in grass doodads. most of the time u won't notice them anyway when u are in combat.

here an example if u can notice it. watch it in 720 cuz the 480 is fixilated.

Don't guess you have ever participated in node wars? the pop in when applied to other players is a SERIOUS issue, and in a game thats only real "end game content" is pvp, having basically fog of war does it no favors, even if you ignore how broken the pvp is atm.

when i can stand ontop of a mesa, looking down into a valley, and i can't see an enemy attack group until they are nearly on top of me, thats not a gripe on the graphics, thats a serious issue affecting gameplay.

oh but remastered was supposed to fix all that? how that work out for ya? then again thanks to renown and new node war system, no one seems to bother with it anymore anyway..
