Event reward query (newb question)
Not sure if I'm missing something here but I was offered the event reward for the BDO Remastered event -
-Horse Emblem: White Horse Tier 7
-Lahr Ancient Horse Gear Set

Typically I had no free slots so I gained one and it was replaced by a Perfume of Courage
(a different reward) I then cleared out more slots but said rewards never showed.
Sadly it says in the My Info screen that they have been collected.

Have I missed out on a fresh set of hairy legs or do I carry on with my old scabby nag for now?
Any help appreciated.

What are you missing exactly?

If it's the horse gear set it's in the Pearl Tab. If it's the horse emblem you may want to contact support for that missing item.

Hi,
It seems both are missing from the inventory. I have nothing in the Pearl tab.

Huh, that's weird. If you press Y and they aren't in the challenge claim window then you should send a ticket into support regarding missing items, they'll investigate for you.

The Challenge window just has 3 pending uncollected rewards.
In the Collected tab, in the Challenge window, there are 6 entries.
Third down is the Horse Emblem & Horse Set.

I can only assume it got confused after I was asked to collect and I had no free slots.
Strange. It's not happened before.

I guess I could get in touch with support. I'm guessing they were quite useful items.

You don't get them automatically, they are in same window as daily exp/skill buff and loyal tokens. if u don't see it there then the even is probably over since it only last yesterday 26th. the horse and costume that came with it is permanent

I did wonder about the date but it ends on the 29th. You were right about the daily window, I found the horse emblem in there :) It turned out to be a tier 3, not 7 but just nice not to have to get in touch with support and also replace the donkey.
