Getting bored of BDO, does anyone have any decent MMO lists or recommendations?

Like title says, I'm looking for a new mmo to give a similar experience that BDO did

As far as I know there aren't really any other mmos out like bdo. I mean there are a lot of other mmos like Guild Wars 2, World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV, and Elder Scrolls Online are the biggest. But none of them are really anything like bdo. I hear Blade and Soul has good combat too but I have never tried it. Maybe look around from a google search or check out reddit.com/r/mmorpg for suggestions and to read up on other mmorpgs it really depends on what you are looking for in a game.

Honestly, I just liked BDO's action oriented approach and world more than anything. There seems to be a lot of really good games coming out on this list: {LINK REMOVED}http://www.gamersdecide.com/articles/upcoming-mmorpgs

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like any of them are immediately playable right now.

None of these are really like BDO though and a number of these are tab targeting.

i dont think we have a mmorpg like black desert, so it is black desert or nothing ;^)

Yeah, it´s nothing for me too.
Need a break from all the money grubbing, the grind and the silly Korean (un-)balancing of their unique game. Trying to make it as generic as possible, for some reason.
Cannot stand GW2 anymore and ESO has become expensive too.

Time to dig into my abanoned Steam library.

BDO is unique so if you want to change game you would have to go with some generic MMO like ESO, WoW and such, wich will get you bored in no time anyways. If you do like TPSMMOs you could try Warframe or the upcoming remaster Defiance 2050 though, wich are both pretty unique and fun.

vindictus for combat, not for the world though. also highly recommend you play it with a friend if you do try it

If you are looking for action combat: Blade & Soul, TERA, Wildstar (I play all of them plus BDO). I would recommend Vindictus but I know next to nothing about it. Skyforge's combat is decent, too.

Actually thanks for the reminder, made a Wildstar account ages ago.
Hearing bad rumors of maintenance mode though, guess better run through it quick before they close down for good.
