Horse Flute (Permanent) question
Hi people, is the item Horse Flute (Permanent) supposed to work -only- for 1 character or you can put it in the storage and transfer to alts everytime you want to (like account bound basically)?

you should be able to transfer every item between your chars

It will be bound to character not account.

Yeah, I have the permanent AND the now useless 7 days flute on one character.
THAT was good thinking.
