huh... so i go: This PC > OS(C:) > Users.. but there are only two files, PC and Public..
Have you deleted THAT particular folder before? I'm a bit confused. Or did you delete the entire game before?

Install "Display Driver Uninstaller" from the link below:

Run it ONLY in Safe Mode to wipe your registry clean from old conflicting registries. Then simply reinstall your latest GPU drivers, preferably from your GPU maker's website.
The above is good to perform regardless or errors or not. But it's also able to fix some issues with BDO not starting. : )
Go to Settings in your window > System > Display > Resolution > Change resolution to lowest possible.
Start up BDO
