how do i rebind the combat stance key?

sick of the steam overlay causing my character to have a fit

Settings, bottom right, the 'gear' icon. In settings, you'll see the 'Input' tab, scroll down until you see the 'Draw/Put Away Weapon' default tab, click on it and designate whatever key you wish to replace it with.

It's also best to disable the Steam Overlay. Of course if you wish to make Pearl Shop purchases, you'll have to enable overlay by quitting the game first.

Lastly, on the bottom of the Settings menu, you'll see a tab titled, 'Depository', use this feature to upload your customised settings to their servers and download it when you're on a different computer.

The depository feature works individually for each character slot. So it goes by the slot, and as such it can't be cross-imported from one character slot to another, if that makes sense. : )

So yeah, its use is to import the bindings for each character across different computers.
