"Not enough quantity to sell" in Imperial Crafting Delivery

I'm sorry if this is already been asked, but I can't find anything
.
Basically I can't sell things to the Imperial Crafting Deliveryman. I have NEVER sold anything to him, this is my first time. I made an Apprentice Fish Box, I try to sell it but it keep saying "Not enough quantity to sell".
I did some research and found out that it's probabily because I currently have 0/75 Daily Delivery Quantity. BUT I don't know why or how since I never used them. They don't seem to recover too. He still buys it (it says Remaining: 29) so that's not the problem either.

I tried to delete my cache as I found someone suggested on a forum, but it didn't work. I changed server, still nothing. I waited for some hours and still nothing.

Did you sell to any Imperial traders?

That limit is across all Imperial traders. So if you sold a buncha boxes in Heidel, then moved to Olvia, you might be coming up against that cap. I beleive is also includes Imperial fishing, but have not really kept up on it for a long time.

If you have never sod to any Imperial seller before, then contact support

0/75 means you already sold 75 Boxes to Imperial trader.
You'll have to wait until next daily reset 4 PM PST( log off or switch channels for reset)

I hadn't sold a single box yesterday, BUT the daily refresh worked for me so today I managed to sell that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ box.
