Thats not permanent. I dont want to go into settings every single time I tab out..
if you don't want it to minimize when you tab out run it in borderless window and accept the FPS loss.
Well if its the way windows renders why does not happen with any other PC game. Clearly every other develepor has done something that these guys have not.
it's less noticeable in some games as they are either better optimised, don't have heavy requirements to begin with.
Any game you play where you can tab out without the game minimising is almost 100% guaranteed to run in borderless fullscreen.
I just read that it will turn back to full screen, try it.
If it works, pls reply
Yes. Change it to Fullscreen Window in the settings.
That applies to all games, actually.
I run it all the time like that because I have two monitors, I can switch between the two while leaving BDO fullscreen on the primary monitor.
the minimizing when alt-tabbing isn't the issue, as every game does this when playing on fullscreen. the issue is when you tab back into the game, it gets put into windowed, not fullscreen. all other games i've played stay in fullscreen when i tab out and back in.
Thank you! After all these years, I finally found the perfect solution for dual monitors. Huge thanks!
