Open BDO and hover over training, it says it does.
When I go with my method I fully use the 2 females that I get on every breed rotation (T5 - T7 non corsers). So i train one extra male horse solo to make it useable for the exchange. I do have lots of T5s and T5 is cheap for a chance to get a T6 - T8.
a lot people has done multiple test and the results are always the same, horse training does nothing to help with horse exp, only skill exp but that is pretty much useless.
No outfits or 30%.

I did quick math 2+2=4 minus 1 = 3 Beginner 8 540 per tick, Prof 4 584 per tick.
Can you post some other testings from multiple sources so I can be sure? I probably did it wrong. I be happy to see if you can post yours.

this was with 2 t1 lvl1 horses that you can buy from the stable npc for 15k and a profe2 and beginner4, in 5 minutes of autopathing both of the got almost the same exp, the second got like 80 less exp but that can be attributed to the fact that the first one got 0.2% more speed at lvl up (those stats are random, not sure if traning helps with that)
Just so you know the xp tick is by distance not speed. I'm not counting seconds (in the picture case per minute) or per hour rate i'm counting xp ticks.
Also next time show the character training data that way we can be sure which one is which. Like what I did.
I am on my way to sand grain bazaar with my Maewha to show the procs it does PER TICK.
The numbers of 9 tics from a Tier 6 Female, at Level 19 with my venia riding attire and the +2 enchanted trainers clothes, plus wearing the Trina Horse gear set, and the Horseshoes of Fighting Spirit enchantment of +7 are as follows:
Tic 1: 766
Tic 2: 727
Tic 3: 738
Tic 4: 731
Tic 5: 728
Tic 6: 735
Tic 7: 767
Tic 8: 729
Tic 9: 764
As i find this info partially important in the calculations and such of the training levels and overall training in general. Hope this bit of info is helpful in everyones debates and such. but i do agree the overlay of the Life skills and what they do when increasing the level of a life skill has been updated recently, so it should be correct as far as the game makers have it shown when hovering over the life skill.
PS.. Skilled 1 Training Level

601 per tick. Compare to my Maewha results which is 540. Looks like it procs better?
Your data even supports the claim that training horses gives more xp per lvl. Or unless maybe you truly believe .2% of that 90% speed somehow you got 84 out of a 4900 average. Or maybe you lagged sometimes in those training times. Who knows?
Yeah I will check up on this since aparently it has different proc lvls. I didn't even know that until I got a different result with my tamer. Maybe make a 3rd control subject + my maewha and tamer to see if the fluctuations are different. I will test when the servers are fix.
