horse breeding level 30 first?

is it better to level both male and female to level 30 before breeding it does it not matter? first time doing horse training in the hole year i play

just to add one more thing is it best to afk level your horses from attaching 1 or multiple horses to a carrage or is it better to just level them one by one using auto loop?
