My mouse simply doesn't work in BDO

Is anyone else having this problem. I bought the high version of BDO. I thought "what the heck it's only $30.00 or so." I downloaded and installed the game. I went through account confirmation and launched the game for the first time. Since I run a 4k monitor I set the graphics to full 4k. That was literally the last time the mouse responded at all in the game. I literally have to 3 finger salute the game closed. Because I can't even click the damn close button. I can't click settings to see if a minor change would fix the problem. It does stupidily however when I hit enter look for me to pick a family name. But when low and behold it's taken I'm stuck with 3 finger saluting again. Because I can't click in the box to make another choice. I'm seriously thinking that I just demand a refund becuase I haven't even been able to make it to the character creation screen. If some one has a fix I would love to hear it. Since I actaully would like to try the damn thing out.

Run in full screen.

There's a minimal settings in launcher but at least you can change resolution and windowed/full screen.

I'm having the same issue on my primary computer - set it to max resolution and mouse only clicks in the top left - it doesn't register its true location. I cannot click on settings on the first screen. I've tried logging in with my laptop - changing the settings and reloading. Settings appear to be per computer and independent on uninstalls / deleting local files and resinstalls :/

I think it may have something to do with your screen size settings: it was for me
