can't find the quest Yaz and the mountain of Sancity

I am lvl 58 awakened. I can see the quest clearly in the suggested quest tab and it told me to check with the Black Spirit suggested quest to start the quest. But when I check with the black spirit in his suggested quests, I can't seem to find it anywhere, although I remember just few days ago I saw that quest on the top of the suggested quest list of the Black Spirit. The quest just disappear from the quest list.
