2 x Value Pack is 3000 Pearls
1 x Pet is 900-1100 Pearls
1 x Permanent Horse Flute is 1500 Pearls
2 x Character Slots is 1200 Pearls
1 x +16 Inventory Slots is 1450 Pearls
This makes it at worse 8050, which are 80,50 Euros if you have brought it from the Cashshop. And the Pack comes with some other (useless) stuff too. If you really care so much for a nice housing you gonna spend Money on the Cashshop regardless, 5 Items wont cut it at all.
Very true. As for getting any use out of the house items, it would have to be the bed and bookshelf. The bed has no limited dura and you stil get energy from it if resting. Very usefull when you need energy.
The inventory you can easily get in game, (weight is the primary issue anyway). The pet prices you mention only apply to the high value pets - which aren't in the hidden list that BDO hits you with after purchase, (we're talking the early dogs and cats). Horse flute, meh.
Value pack? Meh.
2xCharacter Slots... definitely what I was going after, and the new Griffon pet. Higher point housing items are necessary to get ranked houses in more than one city.
you do get to choose your pet of choice from a selection of pets. you even confirmed that in your post. there was nothing false about that.
they never said it would include the most recent pets and decorations etc. they just said you would get to choose. and choose you do.
again this is not false advertising.
yes definitely I would say it is a lot to take in, so i am steadily learning, having fun, learning my class and eventually branching off to crafting (I am such a craft ♥♥♥♥♥ lol) as I heard good things about it, and the fact it is sand boxy and nice pvp elments that can be fun, but also can be annoying (due to guild wars, and the occasional pker, i played u dual boxed on lineage 2 need I say more lol) but It has been worth the $29 I spent. my friend can't say the same as his just kept crashing his pc on character creation and end up refunding it. wish he could of played it and not had these problems
me I play this game at max and still get 35-60 fps easy. being a wizard is a nice departure from being the typical tank or healer class i often go to as the norm. wizards are damn beasts.
yeah its the early honeymoon phase, and I am sure as things transpire things will urk me as I become exposed to them, but this was well worth the money i spent.
This is not a subjective definition. It is a legal thing. The fact is, no reasonable player would suspect that there was another unmention, hidden, limited list of items - given the advertisements.
But again, I updated the post ... The issue was resolved and the issue is being addressed more thoroughly. So, it's awesome.
In case you don't know what "False Advertisement" is, consider California's Fraud law:
Every player should know what basic fraud is - it will help improve the quality of games.
In this case, the way it was explained to me, there were completely different groups of people responsible for both markets - and they simply didn't know.
So, that's that... and neither "false advertisement" nor "fraud" are subject to personal opinion.
Anyhoo. It's over and done..
Thank you BDO & Steam.
If you played L2 you are almost in home. The only thing BDO is different in is the gear(no actual grades as in L2),and that you can't drop it to mobs nor players(was in early alphas in Kr,but whiny kids...).O and you can't delevel once leveled a level.
Oh and there are no bots, gold sellers and dual-penta-zillion boxing.
If they rework the gear ,and some class balances it will be even closer to L2.And i have been searching for L2 substitute since Hellbound.
The traveler's pack is a good deal if you haven't played the game yet or you've just played the 7day trail version only. I'm saying this because if you've played a while, you can add this from steam to your existing account. This only applies to "new" accounts.
Inside the cashshop there's a similar deal like the travelers pack selling for 4400 pearls. It's not so grand as it's basically the same thing except they give you a hedgehog.
I recommend that you don't buy into all these extras. For instance, most of the inventory space and weight limit increase applies to one character. What if you didn't like the class and want to play another one? Now you realize that this next class is going to be your main. Guess all that stuff you've applied was pointless. I suggest you play the game at base get to 50s, and see where you want to go from there.
