I just got this box when I tried to launch BDO through Steam. I haven't played in about a week or so.

Where in the world are we supposed to get this code when I bought the game through Steam?

I don't recall doing that, or seeing any emails in the one my Steam account is registered to. I'm not sure what to do here, contact BDO support?

I bought this game during the summer sale this year, and don't remember being asked to put in an email.

me either i had the game and played 600hrs until they implemented that verification system and started ignoring my emails, havent been able to play but winter is coming i need something to do, did you happen to resolve it ?

Yeah, I actually had an email it went to. Check those/your spam folder of an email you used.
