I need a little help in a quest, I'm level 37

I have a quest from the black spirit, tells me to get 60 energy, How can i do that? Where do i need to go?

I'm a newbie too but I think you get it by:
1) Getting new knowledge (speaking to people, fighting monsters, exploring new area)
2) Automatically. Your character gains X energy / minute.
So to clear the quest, just speak to everyone in the city and do not spend your energy I guess.

It's not an important quest it just keeps track of your progress like leveling. If you want to raise your energy cap (the maximum you can have and that's what the black deser asks for) do to things:

1. Press "H" ingame.

2. Go to youtube and search for "How to raise energy BDO"

Yeah, this one and the one to get a certain amount of Contribution Points (Exalted Character) are long-term quests.

You have many ways to go about it.

Hit H to look at your knowledge menu and then look at the sub-sections. Completing a sub-section will grant you 1 or 2 energy.

Many of the sections are getting knowledge of mobs, for example. So look at things in areas that you already completed. Like if you are only missing the Steel Imp Tower from the steel imps in Balenos, go back and whack towers until you get knowledge of it.

Or you can talk to people to complete sections about people. Or about geography (information on some areas is locked behind NPC amity)

It's up to you, but be aware that once you get that, he's going to give you another quest to get 80 energy. Then 100, and so on. He currently wants me to get 340 Energy (I think that is the last one)
