GAME CAPPED AT 30FPS

Just bought the game but my game is capped at 30FPS. I googled a fix and everyone says to either play on fullscreen window or turn off vsync in graphics control panel. I've done both...Im on fullscreen windowed and turned off vsync in AMD control panel..my monitor refresh rate is 60Hz btw. The problem is still unchanged. Anybody have any idea how to fix this? Everyone is complaining that they cant get over 60 but I cant even get over 30...

Ryzen 5 1600x
RX480 4GB
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB

Have you tried the ingame "Optimization Options"? -> Target FPS: 60

Yes. TSrget FPS is 60FPS

My performance is utter ♥♥♥♥ after the patch... Getting shockingly low GPU ultilization also ...

i'm getting over 80fps.

when I first used the lock, it didn't work and stayed the same (around 50-60).
Else the game does run a bit poorly in some cases, although the game does have a lot in it.
But I do think they at least have a lot of options, but wish one could kind of disable other players (either by lag or how cluster things become in towns for example).

you can disable other players, peole keeo asking for this ,but you can since months.

you talk about the "hide other characters" option?
it only does when getting low frames? ;/
Also I guess it would have an issue if it worked differently PvP.
