Changing photo filter doesnt work?

So I found the photo filter setting which is pretty cool and makes it look even better, the ability to switch between several ones is really cool and something I'd like to keybind (not hide UI and that thing but rather just change on the go like SweetFX)

I found that changing setting and then "apply" doenst work, as soon as I go back to the game, the setting will always reset to "Vibrance - Recommended" ?

How can I make the settings stick and more imporantly, how can I keybind to swap between filters on the go?
