Were do I find Blackstone Basteer?

I have two blackstone weapons and the black spirit says that I should upgrade them, but the blackstone that I gives is the same one that you can find in the world, and it does not work. I have done a few searches on the net and can not get any real answer, so I come here to ask.

main story up to 30ish when you being to fight the harpees. One of the side missions from the black spirit quests hand you a basteer crystal to level up your basteer weapon once. After you get the ultimate basteer weapon you can use regular black stones.

I have now past the point of fighting the harpies and have done ever quest it the castle, some twice. With any quest that did give out the Black stone, that all it was a Black stone the same as all the other ones I have. Now the Black spirit is sending me down to the city, so I am guessing ttere is no blackstone Basteer for me.

The black stone should say "black stone basteer" instead of a regular black stone. I hope you didn't fuse it to your basteer offhand. It should also be in your missions to look for a black smith in the Delphe knights castle.

Thany You, With your help I was able to get the stone I was look for and upgraded the weapon, only to find out it was a joke. I can only upgrade it once as far as I can see. I does not even come close to the weapon I now use that I found in a drop. But now I know that that quest has no effect on the game or game play, it is only another quest.
The reason I could not find it at first was the fact that I was not carrying the weapon in my inventory.
