You cannot use a monopoly node without a 1st rank house
Does this mean i have to have rank 1 house?
The rank 1 house i saw in velia has 29131 which i can never beat. That ♥♥♥♥ cost 29131 pearls.
I'm trying to contribute on Loggia Farm to produce special potato create for quest.

yes thats what it means honestly you aren't missing out since those nodes take anywhere from 8hrs+ to produce stuff so yeah

If you want a rank1 house, best way is to find a house in a remote place in a non really interesting node...low competition there.

Also rank is not pearls.
Pearls help to get nice deco stuff, but you can buy / craft quite a bit yourself if you want.

Still, i dont think it is worth the effort, at least not until late in the game when all your basics are covered.

unfortunately no. Not even sure why pearl houses are counted with regular houses for ranks. its stupid

however special potato crates should be craftable in ANY crop workbench you can send your worker to.

But is it profitable at the very least? Like, you don't really lose money from doing it? I'm new to the game as well, sorry for necroing this post, but it seems that owning a house for storage or anything else doesn't really cost any money, so it can't be that bad can it? Not sure where to get a rank 1 house or what it costs though.

Any residence can be a rank 1 house, you have to have your house points high enough to be rank 1 on that server, purchase your house an cram decor into to build up points and try to be the one with the highest points.

If you want to create a special potato crate, the better way is doing it by farming. From a special potato seed you can obtain a bunch of special potatoes that can be packed into a potatoe special crate in a crop factory
