Worker glitch, any way to fix it?

I don't know if I did anything that made this glitch happen but it only happens on some servers, I've experienced it twice (I don't server hop often) once in Velia 4 & I forgot the name of the other one.

So the glitch is where it shows none of my workers working (in workshops,farming ect..) but when I inlist them to do those jobs it says that they're already working, now this wouldn't be a problem except it doesn't do the job they're already supposed to be doing (Had one woker make 20 reform in a server where the glitfch wasn't present and switched due to guild but since the server I joined showed them as not working the worker never got any done/wasn't in storage)

Cue me switching to a server where the glitch wasn't present and I had the reform done and in storage & showing them as working

Any idea on how I could fix this?

1) your town's inventory is full. You have to take it out since your worker is probably holding an item and wants to drop it off. Or just increase your storage space.

2) your workers need to be replenished. Give them beer. Then restart the job.

3) your workshop is lacking product (black dusty stuff, rough stones, etc.)

that has nothing to do with their issue just saying

screw that, fire them all, its clear they are secretly forming a union and you need to break that up!

It could be because the worker still hasn't finished their current task. You can only reassign workers once they are idle.

it's an actual glitch that happens from time to time to players what he is explaining is not a simple player error
