What is growth server? All I got is a fail to connect message
Have you played more than 30 days? If yes, you can't join any of the Olvia servers.
Then which Server I can play on?
Anyone but Olvia, those are called "Growth" servers, with them having a double EXP bonus.
I try other server is not working for me too, saids fail to connect

I reset the ip and flush the dns already. Nothing wrong with my connection.
Im and they said is my connection problem. Funny as hell. Now they said They have ask for Dx whatever the bullcrap they need.

Please DO NOT give answers like is my connection issues. I double check my router and Modemn, no issues at all. I can log in and play before you guys apply the game updates for the additional server for steam.

Greetings Adventurer,
Looks like we're going to need to take a look at your log files. We'll also need some additional data about your PC and internet connection.
Please download and run the following program when the issue is affects your gameplay: https://blackdesert.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/205838589/WinMTR.exe
Put in the correct IP based off server (So use the NA if you are playing on the North American server, EU when in Europe):
NA - 209.58.130.81
EU - 81.171.14.178
Please uncheck the "resolve names" setting under the "Options" (button). Click Start with the IP in the box and let it run for a 20 minutes (with our without the game). Stop it afterwards and save file to text file and upload the results to this ticket.
For your log files: Please navigate to your installation folder and locate the folder called "Log" (it's used to be in your c:\Program Files(x86)\Black Desert Online or Steam\steamapps\common\Black Desert Online), zip up that folder and send it in. (You may use the built-in feature of the windows: right click on the folder, send to, Compressed (zipped) folder.)
Finally, if you could also please send us your DxDiag, it will help us assist you further.
Windows 10 / Windows 8.1: Right click on the Start button, Click on the Run
Windows 7: Left Click on the Start button
- Type dxdiag in the box, and then press ENTER.
- When it's finish the run, Click Save All Information.
- Save it someplace you can find it.
- Upload that file to this ticket.

Usually after that step, I get my problems solved. If they can't give you something today, just keep the game installed in case the current connection issue is directly caused by the most recent update, and hope that the next one or two updates end up fixing the problem.
hardware issue, hahahahahahah. Are you kidding me?
I already upload what they needed already. Don't tell me i7 7700k plus two GTX 1080s from Gigabyte cannot run this game?
