because it has killed every mmo I own LOL.

Every MMO I would play for the combat aspect is now dead to me. I am so addicted to the grind. The only thing I would like this mmo to show would be an addon for combat text, so those who dont want it dont need to use it, but overall, combat, housing, crafting, love it all.

Each has its own strong points*ok well some dont lol*

I love WOW for the Loot and the Damage numbers above the head when killing mobs and looking to the next good drop.

But from aCombat only view point. Nothing beats this in my opinion.

If they ever make a Star Wars game with BDO style combat, Ill buy a years worth of food and locking the house up. Ill not be seen from again

WoW has aged. Once you grind in BDO, you don't go back to WoW at lvl 1 and say "this is fun."

For me I like a few things in MMOS and every MMO is missing 1 or the other.

WOW. I love the loot and floating damage,
SWTOR I love the Auction House
ESO I love the crafting and looting but lacks a decent auction house*hate the guild selling thing*
BDO LOVE the combat, crafting, exploring Loot is not that bad. I dont like that I have no option for floating damage or even a plugin/addon option Also looking the same unless I buy new clothes kinda sucks but I can deal with it,

Every MMO has a strong point and weak point, but when I play others now, I always come back to BDO.

I cant install any mmo now without having BDO installed. I just cant. BDO is the devil of mmos, and my soul is sold lol

and the price of the game now F ME! I bought it at release for $50 but its $10 on steam, $8 during sale. thats cheaper than a month sub to swtor or wow. Seriously, even if people dont wanna play it as a mmo, get it for an open world shadow of mordor style game lol. The world and combat is just so great. Im not even in a guild, i just do my own thing and love it

yeah, I own pretty much every mmo and subbed to most still, but i find it hard to enjoy them as I once did, I still wanna play ESO, but I cant do combat anymore because of this :p

I would personally get the Steam, because all my games are currently on steam, I love the hour tracking, it's got achievements, can pay via Steam wallet (if you ever chose that).

But I played a week prior to Steam launch without knowing it was coming, and I had the concept that I would be able to log into it with the same login like they did with TERA,

Aye, I agree that the combat alone and the fact that you can play this as a normal RPG, carries with it, the merits that's still better than some other games out there.
