Oh the irony.
Ye m8, he ain't annoying anybody.
He solved this Blokes problem,
End of thread.
Now that I think about it, I have way more than 200 hrs in game, and even more on the steam counter (spent way too much time in char creation) and I haven't gotten the reward either. Guess I never cared to check, since It's such a minor thing to me lol.
The thing I don't understand is, I have yet to see an actual grammatically incorrect (Engrish) text or sentence in the game. It's the context that's all messed up. I don't know how someone can know one without the other.
*click report button on gold spammer*
"The item does not exist."
To anyone who is unaware that you need a specific item (whatever it is) to report spammers for some reason, this statement makes no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense.
"You need an <item name> to report
" makes a hell of a lot more sense and is actually informative.
*click on Party Invite in friend list who is online*
"The character does not exist"
What this statement insinuates as that a player on your friend list has deleted the character.
What it should be saying: "This character/player is on a different server." Or at the very least "This character does not exist ON THIS SERVER."
The character does indeed ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ exist if your list says he's online.
This stuff is littered through out the entire UI, and has remained since launch.
To be honest I would rather much prefer the Engrish. At least I can typically make out what they're saying (and maybe get a harmless chuckle out it) instead of getting useless or INCORRECT information.
