Dyes for Vivid Blooming Underwear (Stockings)?

Currently the bright blue stocking stripes on the "Vivid Blooming Underwear (Stockings)" piece from the cash shop shows through all dye options and colors that I've tried.

It may sound petty, but is a huge letdown after spending 700 pearls on it. I would have purchased the option without stockings if I knew this.

Has anyone found dye options that actually cover the bright blue color on the stockings?
