You don't, in the end they will break and need to be replaced. Higher quality wagons last longer.

You can purchase wagon repair kits from Stable vendors.

Yes that will fix any damage the wagon may take, it won't do anything for the lifespan of the wagon, though.

The wagon is like a car, after a certain 1000 miles it will break down and you need to replace it.

ive never seen a car that breaks after 1000 miles, but hey who knows, ive never owned a chrysler so who am i to judge.
To OP wagons are kinda cheap and easy to get in the martket so is fair that they break, if you think thats bad just wait until you need a boat, having to camp 30 minutes in the marketplace with 25millions pre order placed and still be unable to buy a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boat

As with pretty much everything in the game new wagons (and boats/ships) can be bought(sold) or crafted. A few million silver is a drop in the bucked.
