How do i make my weapon/sub weapon blue?

I tried googling but all the guides seemed to be outdated. So how do i make them blue? And do they lose durability when it fails?

You want a Weapon Reform Stone, you can get them pretty cheap on the marketplace but you'll have to be fast, they sell out quick.

Once you have a stone, call the black spirit and use the reform section. Careful though, it has a chance to down grade too

It has to be tier 3 stone to go from green to blue. After that you need Ultimate stones to do ultimate (yellow).

I've never seen it fail, other than using the wrong stone, nor downgrade as of yet ..

If it's not an ultimate it can fail, and downgrade, I learned this the hard way when trying to reroll the traits from a blue.

Yeah, you can get a Green > Blue upgrade even from a T1, T2 or T3 stone but if you try it again it's possible it will go back to green.

I hear there is a very slight chance you can go Ultimate with a T2 or T3 but I have never had it happen, so not sure if it's true.

I was trying to get an Iron Wall item today with T1 stones, it took me 9 tries and bounced from green to blue and back again multiple times.
